Associate Consultant
I’m an Associate Consultant with a strong commitment to protecting children and vulnerable adults in both physical and digital spaces. Throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand how rapidly the online world is evolving - and how essential it is that our safeguarding practices evolve with it.

As a mum of six, I understand on a deeply personal level the importance of keeping children safe, supported, and confident as they navigate online platforms, games, and social spaces. This insight strengthens my determination to ensure every child and vulnerable adult can grow in an environment -on and offline - that prioritises their wellbeing, safety, and emotional resilience.

I am passionate about breaking down barriers to online safety, empowering families and organisations with the knowledge they need, and embedding trauma-informed, preventative approaches. Safeguarding is at its most effective when we work together - communities, professionals, and caregivers aligned to keep the most vulnerable protected and informed.

Every step we take to create safer digital experiences has the power to change lives. That belief is at the heart of my work every day.💻

Child protection and safeguarding is at the heart of my career. I feel passionately that as professionals working with children and young people, we can have a profound impact on their lives.

I have a track record throughout my career of going the extra mile to support children and families - to get the best possible outcomes for them. Every child has potential and with the right support we can change lives.

Having worked in education for 25 years, I have a deep understanding of what good practice looks like and the challenges faced when working with children and young people. I aim for the highest possible standards of safeguarding, of myself and all those around me. I value opportunities for reflection and am loving the journey I am going on to become an accredited coach. 💡

Associate Consultant
I am passionate about ensuring we equip children with the necessary tools to navigate the world both online and offline. I want to ensure we fill children with the confidence to understand what is classified as acceptable behaviour and how they can protect themselves and others.

My work in play and youth work has allowed me to understand the different stages of development of children and young people and how we can approach difficult subjects in an age appropriate way. Watching children think scenarios through and feel confident to speak up and question situations when they are uncomfortable motivates me to know I am making a difference. 🌱

I use every space I am in, to create those proactive conversations about safeguarding. I believe that every environment has the potential for meaningful dialogue. I strive to foster connections and inspire thought-provoking discussions by utilising my surroundings and engaging with those around me.

I believe we can empower children and vulnerable adults with knowledge and skills that will shape their future. It is crucial to engage in discussions about child protection and ensure that every child has a safe and nurturing environment to thrive in.

I challenge existing norms and promote inclusivity by critically examining different cultures, genders, and other aspects of society. This approach encourages us to question biases and stereotypes, fostering a more open-minded and accepting environment for everyone.

I have a futuristic view that just because I may not be able to change the world, my education may change a life in the future. 🔮
